# Geometric Mean Calculator

In statistics, geometric mean is helpful to find out the performance result of any given set of values. It is also defined as the nth root of product of numbers.

The common way of calculating it is by multiplying the given values and then applying power (1/n) onto the multiplied output.

Example: Calculate geometric mean for the set of given values 14, 28 and 32.

Solution:
Firstly, lets multiply the given values = 14 x 28 x 32 = 12544

As we have 3 values, we can write this as = (12544)1/3

= 23.24

Hence, the geometric mean for the given set of values = 23.24
